What is the best HD camcorder for shooting progressive?

Hi, I am myself going to a video camera, with a budget of less than 1000 pounds (UK). I like tape as HDV files, it would be good, but it seems that there is no HDVcameras in my price range, which is progressive, what I really want to shoot, I might consider a file basic camera, if the file format used is compatible with AVID.Ich really want something that takes progressive 1080th track I’m in the UK, so I’m looking at 25 frames per second. If anyone has any ideas on what I’d be really grateful.
