There is an HDV camcorder for less than $ 600?

I’m looking for a compatible HD camcorder with mini DV tapes, Sony and preferably with a wireless remote. Like the old Handycam, but can record in HD. All new models appear on a hard disk to use, and are concerned about the quality of video compression and compatibility with iMovie. If a camera, the compression does not make much difference? It still works well with iMovie?

Tapeless camcorders are better than less expensive w / tapes?

And digital is so much better than the old style?

What is a skateboard film with good camera for less than $ 500? Panasonic GS250?

They concluded that the mini-DV is the best format for capturing action sports like skateboarding and I’m looking for one of these cameras now. On eBay, the Panasonic GS250 sells for about $ 225 – $ 250 and seems a good camera for the price. And 3 CCD and has very good quality for its price range are. Do you think this would be a good purchase for my purposes, the film skateboarding? There are other cameras we recommend in this price range? The main disadvantage of this camera is that great in low light conditions, but not terrible. I really like the quality of the 3CCD is. What do I need / search watch? These cameras would be nice, but too expensive: Gl2 Canon, Sony VX1000, VX2000, VX2100Sei sure that no lens thread for the GS250? Thanks for letting me know that the valuable information, but I have a lot of fisheye lenses for sale on eBay saw. It can be misleading for sale.

What is the best HiDef Digital Flash Memory Camcorder for $400 or less?

I had a Panasonic MiniDV PV-GS36. . . It was the best!!! Why can’t I find any flash memory camcorders like it? Its been almost 4 years since that model and with the advancements in technology, nothing is here? I have been on camcorderinfo. com, amazon reviews, b&H, best buy reviews every single place. . . You get half of the people saying FANTASTIC and the other Half saying HORRIBLE. . . Well which is it?

I simply want a Light for low light situations but also want it to preform just as good as my Canon Powershot a720is digital camera, it takes better 480p’ videos than these 720p video camcorders. . . . I would like zoom mic, not too necessary though. NO HARD DRIVE, Built in flash is okay! Would like an optical zoom of 25x or higher. . Still images does not have to be phenomenal but would like one. Lens cao would be nice. . . why are there no websites that allow me to filter based on every little thing, only the majors. . . I tried the Sanyo Xacti VPC-WH1 thinking that would be cool since its waterproof, it sucked!!!! I have read reviews on the Panasonic HDC-TM10 and that is mixed. . . . Why is it so hard to make a good camera with easy manual controls and quick access for the light to turn on without having 3 prompts!!! Can anyone help? I need one asap!
Thank you. . . I ended up trying out Sanyo VPC-WH1 before and it stunk so I just bought the Panasonic HDC-TM10, let’s see how this is.

Is there a HDV camcorder for less than $600?

I am looking for an HD camcorder compatible with Mini DV tapes, preferably with a Sony and a wireless remote. As the old Handycams, but in a position of HD recording. All new models appear to use a hard drive, and I am concerned about the video compression quality and compatibility with iMovie. If it does not take a camcorder, the compression makes a big difference? There is good to work with iMovie?
